As a nonbinary, mixed race, neurodiverse parent with nearly two decades of experience spanning the private, public and social sectors, I bring a unique perspective to leadership development and strategy & HR consulting. I was most recently an Associate Partner in McKinsey & Company’s People & Organizational Practice, where I built inclusive, high-performing teams across cultures, guided organizational transformations, and fostered spaces where diverse leaders can thrive. My coaching includes somatic components, and I combine strategic insight with embodied practices to support lasting transformation.

I'm deeply committed to building communities where women and queer leaders of color step fully into their power. This commitment shows up in everything I do — from serving on boards of mission-driven organizations to coaching emerging leaders.
